The villa is situated in a quiet and prestigious hillside neighbourhood of Biniorella, with the charming resort of Camp de Mar on one side and famous Port d’Andratx on the other. Camp de Mar’s pretty golden beach is just a few minutes drive away, or an easy 20-minute walk downhill. Golfers can appreciate the 18-hole Golf de Andratx course here, too. Keen sailors can easily rent a boat in Port d’Andratx, which is less than 10 minutes away by car. If you like the hum of a big city, the capital Palma is around half-an-hour’s drive, as is the international airport.
The villa includes 8 bedrooms in total, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests. Rooms are spread between the main and guest house, the largest of them being the master bedroom boasting sea-view balcony and en-suite bathroom with a tub-with-views while you take a bath. All 3 bedrooms in the main house offer sea views, too, while those in the guesthouse tend to open out to a lovely courtyard and lush gardens. All rooms either have their own bathroom or shared between two.
Imagine yourself cooling off in the 32-square-metre L-shaped swimming pool while admiring the amazing vistas down to the sea – it really is as wonderful as it sounds. There are deckchairs and cozy sun loungers to dry off on when you finally get out. If you would like to stay indoors, there’s a charming big lounge too, with soft sofas where you can listen to music or watch TV.
The villa’s lovely wooded kitchen is a superb space to cook in, it is fully-fitted with best quality appliances, a breakfast table and extending to a separate pantry. Barbecue fans also have a choice between a built-in coal barbecue or a portable Weber grill, plus a covered outside dining area.
For eating out you have several great options in nearby Camp de Mar, most popular is the restaurant Illeta which sits on a little island accessible via footbridge. You’re also a short drive from the Beach Club Gran Folies, which benefits from an exceptional menu and seafront swimming pool.
